1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of online payment services provided by Lamentis Software Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By making an online payment through our website or digital platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Payment Authorization

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate. You authorize the Company to charge the applicable amount.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices may be subject to applicable GST or taxes as per Indian law. The final payable amount will be shown before payment confirmation.

5. Payment Gateway

Online payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details. The Company is not responsible for payment failures due to technical or bank-related issues.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All digital products (templates, designs, UI/UX, logos, source files) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
• Service payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

7. Project Scope & Deliverables

Payments cover only the agreed scope of work as mentioned in the proposal or quotation. Any additional work or revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, code, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Lamentis Software Pvt. Ltd. until full payment is received. Unauthorized resale or redistribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business, arising from the use of our services.

10. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and maintain confidentiality of login and payment credentials.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
