This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled by Lamentis Software Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing our services or digital products, you agree to this policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to contact@lamentissoftware.in
• Project-based services can be cancelled only before work has commenced
• Once the project has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted
• Subscriptions or SaaS services, if applicable, must be cancelled before the next billing cycle

3. Refund Policy – Services

• Service payments are non-refundable once the project or service has started
• Any advance or milestone payment is non-refundable after work initiation
• No refunds for delays caused by client-side dependencies or lack of communication

4. Refund Policy – Digital Products

• All digital products (templates, UI/UX files, designs, logos, source code) are non-refundable
• Once access is granted or files are delivered, refunds will not be issued
• Please review product details carefully before making a purchase

5. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as duplicate payment or technical errors, subject to internal review and approval by the Company.

6. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only
• Transaction or gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Any chargeback or payment dispute raised without contacting us first may lead to suspension of services and legal action, if required.

Lamentis Software Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
